It is my goal here at “Embracing Your Sixties,” to inspire you to live your best life ever. With 60 being the new middle age – our best years are ahead of us.
Studies show that happiness in old age might have more to do with attitude than health. While some of our bad health habits may have taken their toll on us and we may make more trips to the doctor and take more medications, we can’t let this stand in the way of living our life’s to the fullest.
We all need a purpose and a reason to wake up in the morning and that’s why more and more seniors are continuing to work. While some may need to work, others continue because they are not ready to go home. It’s part of our DNA to want to be valued and needed.
I have found that I feel less encumbered by aging than I expected and that growing older has been much easier than I thought. I have much more energy now than I expected for my age. Believe it or not, there are many pleasant things about growing older.

Technology – I will keep you up to date with the latest technology, apps, and gadgets.

Exercise and Fitness – Staying fit, personal care and wellness will be big topics of conversation
Healthy recipes – Cooking and Eating healthy (we owe it to ourselves)
